Charlotte Watkins

Charlotte is Balance Body trained Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. She has practiced yoga for years which inspires and blends with her Pilates classes; creating the perfect combination of hard work and mindfulness. As an added bonus, Charlotte is working towards becoming a Nutritionist Therapist.

Charlotte creates the perfect combination of hard work and mindfulness within her classes by combining her knowledge of both Pilates and yoga.
