How much can I load onto a Gift Card?

You can load any amount from £10 to £500.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Is it a physical gift card?

It is! And each Gift Card comes with Gift Note for your message and an envelope.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes you can.

Once you have purchased the Gift Card, you will receive an email requesting your Gift Card message, recipient name and postal address.

Can I collect a Gift Card from the studio?

Of course; pop in during our opening hours to collect.

Studio Open Hours:

Weekdays: 7.30am - 11am and 5pm - 7.30pm
Weekends: 7.30am - 12pm

Can a Gift Card be posted?

All Gift Cards can be posted to you or your recipient at no extra cost.

Keep an eye out for your purchase confirmation email with the next steps on how to let us know the postal address.

Can I purchase a digital gift card?

You can! Drop us an email and we can organise a digital Gift Card to be sent either to you, or directly to your recipient.

Can Gift Cards be extended beyond the expiration date?

Gift Cards cannot be extended beyond the assigned expiration date.

Does the Gift Card amount have to be spent in one go?

It doesn’t! The Gift Card can be spent in whichever way you like.

How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?

Email us at info@coreconnexion.co.uk, or give us a call on 01183 045830 and one of our team will be happy to help.

How can the Gift Card be redeemed?

Your Gift Card can be redeemed in studio or online.

When redeeming your Gift Card online, simply enter the Gift Card number into the ‘Promo Code’ box at check out.

When redeeming in studio, you will need the Gift Card number on your voucher or email.

The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value on your Gift Card, your remaining balance will remain on your Gift Card to spend in future. Change will not be given.

Can Gift Cards be refunded?

Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What shall I do if I have an issue with my Gift Card?

If you have any issues with using your Gift Card, please get in touch. Email info@coreconnexion.co.uk, or call us on 01183 045830 and one of our team will be happy to help. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
