TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

general TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CLASSES

CORE CONNEXION timetables, instructors and classes are subject to change at any time. CORE CONNEXION will endeavour to provide notice when a class is unable to take place for any reason. Members can book online from 6:30am, 35 days in advance of the class, non-members can book 28 days in advance of the class.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your class. The pre-class warm-up is designed to help with the avoidance of injury. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the trainer has the right to refuse you entry into the class and you will forfeit your credit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we are not allowed to let you into class on the grounds of Health & Safety and you will forfeit your credit.

Note: Wait-list clients sometimes show up in the hope of getting a late space in class. If you are more than 5 minutes late then we will give your space to any waiting clients.

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in our classes.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class.

If you cancel within 12 hours, you will forfeit your class credit.

Members on the Create, Club, Cult and Complete memberships are entitled to one late cancellation per month, in line with your billing cycle. You must request your late cancellation by emailing info@coreconnexion.co.uk. Late cancellations cannot be rolled into following months.

Memberships, Class Packs and Pay As You Go credits are non-refundable.

You are responsible for checking the details of your booking at each stage of the booking and payment process. Alternatively, or if you are unsure as to what to do, please call us on 0118 304 5830 or contact the team via email info@coreconnexion.co.uk and we will be happy to advise you further.

3. EXPIRY OF PURCHASES

The expiry date of each class package is clearly detailed on the website and the start date is the day of purchase.

Class Packs and Pay As You Credits cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date.

4. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Membership months run for 1 month from your payment date and will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or Core Connexion.

Membership class credits, late cancellation and guest pass cannot be rolled over into following months.

Additional class credits can be purchased at the rate of £17.50/session.

Monthly freezes are available only to recurring monthly members. You can freeze your membership in 7 day blocks for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

We require at least 10 working days' notice to process a freeze. During the freeze period, all membership access will be paused; current bookings will automatically cancel and you will not be able to book classes until your membership unfreezes.

5. waitlist

You can join the waitlist up to two hours before a class starts. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the session.

You can remove yourself at any time, but if you’re added to the class, our standard cancellation policy applies.

6. Merchandise & gift cards

Merchandise sold within the studio, including grip socks and gift cards, cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Gift Cards cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the your own risk and the Company does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

8. PRIVACY STATEMENT

All personal information which you provide through the CORE CONNEXION Website will only be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act, including the eight Data Protection Principles of good information handling. The principles require data to be: fairly and lawfully processed; accurate and kept up to date; adequate; relevant and not excessive; kept no longer than necessary; processed in accordance with the rights of data subjects; held securely; and not transferred to countries without adequate protection. The personal information which you provide through the CORE CONNEXION Website is collected, stored and processed by CORE CONNEXION Limited. CORE CONNEXION is committed to ensuring the privacy of your information. We understand that the privacy of your information is very important to you. We are careful about the information we ask you to provide and only use your information to process orders and to provide you with notifications of special offers which may be of interest to you. We have set out below details of the information we will collect about you, how we ensure the security of your information and how we will use your information.

9. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We only collect personal information that is knowingly and voluntarily given. Generally, this occurs when you register your details, change your details, place or amend an order, contact us or provide us with feedback. When enquiring or registering with us, we need to collect a variety of information including:

your email address for communication. We will also need your email address if you have given us permission to contact you about your enquiry, your membership of CORE CONNEXION, services and opportunities;

your address for delivery/identification purposes. Please note that if you provide us with someone else’s address for a delivery you must ensure that you have their permission to do so;

your telephone number in the event of a problem of any kind, as we may need to contact you quickly. Please note that if you provide us with someone else’s telephone number (e.g. to arrange a delivery) you must ensure that you have their permission to do so.

Information in aggregate form is used to: build our understanding of customer habits, interests and requirements; build marketing profiles; help with the strategic development of the CORE CONNEXION Website  and reservation/delivery service; track usage of the CORE CONNEXION Website.

10. COOKIES

The CORE CONNEXION Website utilises Google Analytics to accumulate usage and performance metrics. Google Analytics uses cookies.

11. HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The CORE CONNEXION Website Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that provides 128-bit encryption on your information before it is sent to us. This means only our secure servers can read your information. The CORE CONNEXION Website adhere to strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent, unauthorised access or improper use. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. We have a strict internal policy, which members of staff must comply with as a condition of employment and no external access to the system is permitted.

12. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is used to enable the CORE CONNEXION to: contact you, administer your account, verify your identity; deal with queries; process orders; to help CORE CONNEXION provide the best possible service. The CORE CONNEXION Website store your data on a trusted third-party system. CORE CONNEXION may also use your information to provide information about offers, products and services available at CORE CONNEXION. CORE CONNEXION will make no further use of your information. 

13. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION THAT CORE CONNEXION HOLDS ABOUT YOU

You can request a copy of the personal information held by us and have any inaccuracies corrected. We will request proof of identity before processing such a request. Please make any requests for information to CORE CONNEXION at the address below. If you wish to access any personal information held about you by CORE CONNEXION you will need to contact CORE CONNEXION directly at the address below.

14. UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You are able to change the details you gave us when registering by clicking on ‘My Account’ (or similarly named feature). You can change your name, phone number, email address and password and other details.

15. DISCLOSING INFORMATION CORE CONNEXION WILL NOT PASS YOUR INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTIES IF YOU HAVE TOLD US NOT TO

We may pass on some general statistical information about our customers, sales figures, traffic patterns and related matters to reputable third parties, but these details will not include any personally identifying information. We may also disclose information about you if required to do so by law.

16. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. Each time you use the CORE CONNEXION Website you agree that the privacy policy current at that time shall apply to all data we hold about you.

17.CONSENT

By using the CORE CONNEXION Website you consent to the use of your personal data in the manner set out in this privacy policy.

CORE CONNEXION HEALTH AND SAFETY STATEMENT

By signing up to any membership, package or program and/or attending any Sessions, events or any other activities and using the CORE CONNEXION studio, machinery and/or equipment, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using the CORE CONNEXION studio and participating in Sessions safely and as directed. You acknowledge that you must behave sensibly and follow any safety instructions we may give so as not to hurt or injure yourself or others.

You hereby represent that you will:

act responsibly and sensibly at all times;

not participate in any Sessions if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs;

read and adhere to any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given by a CORE CONNEXION instructor;

ensure that you have no medical or physical condition that would put you at risk when using equipment in our studios or participating in Sessions;

where relevant you will seek advice from a physician in respect of your participation in our Sessions and, where required by CORE CONNEXION, provide CORE CONNEXION with a copy of such advice; and

notify your Session instructor of any injury or if you are pregnant, comply with any specific instructions your instructor may give you and leave the Session if it is deemed inappropriate for you by your instructor. 

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, attendance at and use of the CORE CONNEXION Studios is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage suffered by you when attending and using the CORE CONNEXION Studios.
