Franki Clapham

Before Franki began her career as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, she was professional horse rider. She blends her experience in Pilates and strength and conditioning to create full body classes that challenge you no matter your level. On top of Reformer Pilates, Franki is trained in Mat Pilates, traditional Pilates equipment and Pre & Post Natal exercise.

Franki blends her Pilates expertise with a background in Personal Training to challenge you no matter your Pilates skill or fitness level.
