Zoe Tidmarsh

Zoe initially found Barre, a class which combines Pilates and Ballet, while training as a professional dancer, as it seamlessly blended her dance training. This passion led her to teach Barre and later expand her expertise to Pilates. Zoe’s classes are designed to inspire and challenge you, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast. Her Reformer Pilates sessions focus on controlled movements that strengthen the body and improve stability. Modifications are always available, but Zoe will gently push you to discover that you’re stronger than you think. Zoe’s goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can challenge yourself, have fun, and leave feeling stronger, more centred, and empowered.
