Core Connexion offers exclusive hire of both the Wokingham and Reading studios so you
can create your very own unique event; from one-off private classes with friends,
a series of classes or a bespoke experience.

our studios are the perfect space to combine Reformer Pilates with your vision.

No two events are the same; you can personalise your visit to suit your vision and goals, both studios are within easy reach of public transport.
Reading is ideal for bigger events, with a large reception space to enjoy a post-class coffee and celebratory nibbles.
Wokingham is a smaller space, perfect for more intimate classes, before exploring many of the towns coffee shops and restaurants.
Choose from a range of class types: Recovery for a relaxed class focused on breathing and stretching or Dynamic for a fun, endorphin-boosting full body workout.

Do you offer events packages?
We offer a handful of standard packages but can also work with you to build your own bespoke event, with our range of extras.
Our standard packages start at £175 for 75 minutes in Wokingham, £210 for 75 minutes in Reading.
What's included in the packages?
All packages include a 55 minute Reformer Pilates class led by an expert instructor and Front of House support.
Grip socks & extra time can be added to your package at an additional cost.
How many people can I bring to my event?
The depends on the studio you choose. For Reading, the max capacity is 10 people, for Wokingham the max capacity is 8.
I'd like to have extra time before or after the class - is this possible?
It is! You can purchase additional time either side of your class for £50 per hour.
Can I choose the class type and Instructor?
You can choose between a slower paced Recovery class (great for beginners), or a Dynamic class (perfect for mixed levels).
Our Instructor team's availability varies from week to week so while we'll endeavour to book you in with your chosen Instructor, this may not always be possible.

Are your studios easy to get to?
They are!
Our Reading studio is just a 5 minute walk form the train station and all main car parks.
Our Wokingham studio is also a short walk from the train station & there's plenty of town centre parking close by.
Both studios are easy to access by train from London, taking between 30 - 45 minutes.
Can I bring my own music?
During your class, your Instructor will be in charge of the music. If you'd like to connect to our speakers before or after your class to play your own music, you're welcome to.
Can I pay on the day of my event?
To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of X%/£X. The remaining balance is due X weeks before your event.
Can my Student, NHS or Corporate discount be used to book an event?
Discounts are only valid for group class bookings and cannot be redeemed for Private Event bookings.
Can you provide food and drink?
You're welcome to bring your own light refreshments for after your event however, we are not able to arrange this for you.

Please note, food and drink can only be consumed in the reception area, not in the main Reformer studio.
Can I bring wine or cocktails?
For health and safety reasons, alcohol is not permitted within the studio.
If you have consumed alcohol before your class, you will not be able to join the session.
This is to ensure a safe experience for all, including our Instructor team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Event bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the event start time, excluding the non-refundable deposit.Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
