Rachel discovered Mat Pilates 20 years ago by accident through her local gym. She fell in love with how it made her body feel and the mental focus it gave her. So, she trained to be a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates.   Rachel’s favourite aspect of Reformer Pilates is that it’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and is beneficial for those recovering from injury or those who want to continue to build strength and mobility and progress their practice.    During the class, you can expect to work at your own pace and level up when you need to. Each session focuses on body alignment, core strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
