Luxury Reformer Pilates Retreat in Spain

Wednesday 8th May to Sunday 12th May 2024.

The retreat is held at La Cura Retreats, Llagostera, Spain.

Early Bird Pricing: £1925 for a shared occupancy room | £2600 for a single occupancy room.

Standard Pricing: £2135 for a shared occupancy room | £2885 for a single occupancy room.

Prices are based on 4 nights in an ensuite twin or double room.

We do! Depending on how far in advance you book, payment plans are available:

• Until 15th September 2023, 6-month payment plan.
• Until 15th December 2023, 4-month payment plan.
• Until 31st January 2024, 2-month payment plan.

If you would like to discuss alternative payment plan options, please contact us. Any bookings made less than 6 weeks before the retreat arrival date will need to be paid in full to confirm the booking.

Check in is from 2pm, check out is by 3pm.

Each day, you will have the option of doing at least 2 Pilates classes. Depending on the final itinerary, you may get the opportunity to do more.

It’s totally up to you! You can join in with as many or as little of the Pilates classes as you like. We encourage you to listen to your body throughout the week, and don’t forget, our instructors can adjust exercises to suit your energy levels in each class.

The retreat has a maximum capacity of 16 Guests.

• 4 nights accommodation.
• Transfers to and from Barcelona airport at set times.
• Full board, including non-alcoholic drinks.
• Minimum twice daily Pilates.
• Two small group Pilates Equipment classes during the retreat.
• Sound baths, Meditation and Breathwork.
• Excursion to the coast.
• Additional treatments and dinner on the last night can be arranged for an additional cost.

• Flights.
• Airport transfers at alternative dates/times to the provided transfers.
• Dinner at a local restaurant on the final night. If you’d prefer to stay in, our chef will be cooking dinner for those staying behind.
• Extra private or semi private sessions.
• Any other activities or excursions you’d like to do during your free time, outside of the schedule.

Flights are not included. The closest airports are Girona and Barcelona.

Airport transfers are included from Barcelona Airport at set times on the day of arrival and departure. Times will be confirmed closer to the travel date.

Transfers at different times and from different airports are not included.

You can! You can choose to book a space in a room, and we’ll pair you up, or you can choose to book a room all to yourself.

Please note, rooms are same sex only unless you inform us you are travelling with a friend and would like to be partnered up.

Sharing rooms are same sex only and are organised by Core Connexion. Each sharing room will have two twin beds, instead of one double bed.

Yes, your dietary requirements can be catered for. We will ask for any allergies prior to the retreat.

Our chef will be creating local, pescatarian food throughout the retreat.

Anyone over the age of 16 is welcome. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Travel insurance is not included. You will need to make sure you have this in place prior to the retreat. Core Connexion cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations outside of our control.

The £500 per person deposit is non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel any booking, cancellation fees will apply.
• 120 days or more before arrival date: refunded the full amount paid up to that date.
• Between 60 - 120 days before arrival date: refunded 50% of any sums paid.
• Less than 60 days before arrival date: non-refundable.
• All of the above excludes the £500 non-refundable deposit if booked using a payment plan.
• Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
• If Core Connexion has to cancel or change the Start Date of any retreat, for any reason, you’re entitled to a refund of payments made by you to us.
