Aisha discovered mindfulness practices a few years ago, and now uses a variety of spiritual practices, from sound, to meditation to breath work, to help people create a positive connection with the mind, body and spirit. Aisha regularly hosts mindfulness workshops at Core Connexion, including Sound Baths.
