Adam James

Adam is a Mat and Reformer trained Pilates instructor, with a passion for using movement to rehabilitate injuries. His interest in gym-based exercise allows him to bring different exercises into his classes to give you a full body workout that helps to recover and prevent injuries.

Adam’s expertise extends beyond just Pilates, to gym-based workouts and injury rehabilitation; he is passionate about using movement to rehabilitate and prevent injuries.
