Ola discovered Pilates after dealing with back pain and was looking for a way to support her spine. Movement had always been an integral part of her life and she fell in love with the calming, mind-body connection Pilates offers.
The amazing Pilates community is Ola’s favourite thing about teaching and you can expect a detailed and challenging class, always set in a fun and supportive environment.
