She loves helping people find joy through exercise and work towards their fitness goals whether that’s core stability, improving flexibility, or even just keeping things moving on an active rest day.
Izzy’s classes integrate the Pilates principles and aim to challenge your endurance in a supportive environment. By making the exercises accessible to all levels, you’ll look forward to coming back for your next session.
