Hannah Jeffries
Hannah found Pilates after sustaining an injury while working as an aerialist and professional dancer. The transition to classical Pilates repertoire felt very natural; the movement principles were so familiar, making the learning process both intuitive and deeply rewarding.
She loves to showcase how important strength is and how Pilates weaves in overall control and stability too. Hannah loves helping her clients build a deep, internal awareness of their bodies while empowering them to move with confidence.
In Hannah’s classes, you can expect a real workout! You'll walk away feeling lengthened, strengthened, and more connected to your body. It's all about combining mindful movement with effective resistance work.
