With a background in marathon running & Ironman triathlons, Georgie loves fitness and wellbeing.
Pilates was pivotal in her post-natal recovery and she understands the importance of both the strength and headspace that an hour on the reformer gives you.
Georgie’s classes are based on the STOTT principles but with an added dynamic element for a full body workout to allow you to challenge yourself as far as you wish to go.
