Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition I agree that I have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") and any decision reached by Core Connexion will be binding in all matters in relation to this competition.

Core Connexion reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition details (including but not limited to the prizes or end date of the competition) or the Terms (including the eligibility requirements) at its sole discretion without prior notice (i) in the event of any occurrence outside Core Connexion's reasonable control (ii) to ensure the competition is run in a fair and honourable manner, and (iii) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidance.

Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant competition page at www.coreconnexion.co.uk/competition

In the event that Core Connexion cancels, amends or varies the competition/prizes, Core Connexion will not be liable to any person for any costs in connection with, such cancellation, amendment or variation.

Core Connexion will not be required to conduct the competition at any other time.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 The competition starts on to 30.01.2023 00:00 GMT and will close on 21.01.2023 00:00 GMT (the "Competition Period").

2.2 In order for their entry to be valid under clause 5 below, entrants must satisfy the "Eligibility" requirements at clause 3 below and all requirements set out at clause 4.

2.3 There is no purchase necessary for entry.

ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Entry to the competition is only open to persons who are

• Individual persons, not groups or corporation
• Aged 18 and over
• Reside in the United Kingdom

3.2 By entering this competition each entrant warrants that all information submitted is true and complete. Core Connexion reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify an entrant for submitting false information.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?

During the Competition Period, entrants must submit a valid entry by entering:

• All required details in the Competition Entry Form,
• Each entrant may submit a maximum of one (1) entry during the competition period. Multiple entries are not permitted. Any attempt to make more than on entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will render all entries by that entrant invalid.
• All entries must be received by Core Connexion during the Competition Period.
• Core Connexion will not accept responsibility for entries which are not properly received as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer failure of any kind.

PRIZES

There will be ten (10) winners only.

The winners will each receive: 

• A Core Connexion introductory offer pack of 3 reformers classes.
• Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
• Prize is valid for 12 months (expires 1 March 2024)

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winners will be selected at random at the conclusion of the competition period and shall be notified by email within fifteen (15) business days of expiration of the Competition Period.

If a winner does not comply with the Terms, then they winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random.

If Core Connexion receives an "undeliverable email" notification or the winner does not acknowledge the email communication within five (5) days of the initial email an alternate entrant will be selected at random in his or her place.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

By giving us your email address in connection with the competition, you will be given the option to be added to the Core Connexion email database and receive Core Connexion Newsletters as well as news and information about special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Core Connexion may also use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this competition.

Core Connexion will keep your personal information safe and will not disclose it to anyone else and will use your personal information in accordance with the Core Connexion privacy policy to which you will be asked to agree.
